Full CNC Milled Driver Face
It is perhaps the unique feature of this driver. It comes with a full CNC milled face that makes it super thin, attractive, and with excellent precision.
It is the first-ever driver to sport such a kind of face. Moreover, there are three curve angles. So you can go from low to high curve as per your likes.
Forgiveness
The best feature of this driver is, it gives plenty of forgiveness. Even the mishits retain an even speed.
You’ll also get a bit of extra spin that means if you don’t consider yourself a good golfer or if you’re still in your learning phase, this is going to be an excellent pick for you.
360-Degree Aerodynamic Tips
Cobra King has a super-efficient aerodynamic design from each angle. As a result, you’ll get the aerodynamic tips on the sole as well as the crown. Further, the toe area of the driver designs to lower the drag.
Another advantage of efficient aerodynamics is that you get enhanced speed without paying anything extra.
Super Light Carbon Fibre Crown
Carbon fiber is known for its lightweight nature and strength. As a result, it considers being the hottest material for drivers and irons. Thankfully, Cobra F8’s crown makes from the same lightweight material, increasing its efficiency, usability, strength, and forgiveness.
Shot Tracking Sensors
The Cobra Kind F8 series is future-oriented. It comes with a shot tracking sensor by Arccos. It is located on the grip and connected to your smartphone via a mobile app.
It tracks and records each shot and distance for you. It is an excellent tool for measuring your performance and improving the images based on the collected data.
Adjustability
The F8 and F8+ drivers come with two sole weights, including one 12 gram and one 2 gram weight, which can shuffle when needed.
When you place a 12-gram sole weight at the back, there will be a higher spin, and with a 2-gram weight at the back, you will experience a draw-biased club. In addition to it, there is an adjustable loft at the bottom that makes sure the head sits appropriately.
Cobra King F8 Driver: Performance

- My Fly 8 with SmartPad-8 easily adjustable loft settings help you manage trajectory and fine-tune launch conditions to maximize distance while SmartPad keeps the face square.
Now the most crucial part, the performance of the King F8 Driver. Since I’m not a pro golfer, the forgiveness of this driver attracted me the most. I was able to hit straight and longer, all thanks to its solid club.
I was able to swing it with great precision, not every time but most of the time. Not to forget, the CNC milled face worked topnotch the whole time; it offered an excellent ball speed which made the game more enjoyable.
Further, there are two ways of modifying the ball flight. First, there are two sole weights: 12 and 3 grams, respectively. By switching between these two weights, you can adjust the ball flight according to your preferences. Moreover, the hosel allows you to adjust the loft for the desired spin and launch.
Out of all the Cobra KING F8 features, the shot tracking sensor is my most favorite one. It is situated on the grip and allows you to track your shots and distances, which presents an excellent opportunity for improving your game and performance.
Cobra King F8 Driver – Looks And Aesthetics
As I already mentioned at the beginning of this post, the footprint of Cobra KING F8 is quite large as compared to the other drivers. So, if you don’t prefer more giant footprints, go for F8+ because it has a tall face and a small print.
Now starting from the crown of the F8 driver, it is simply beautiful. The head is made from high-grade carbon fiber in black color and has grey colored strips that feature some crown trips made from polymer.
These trips are a part of the aerodynamic design of the driver that makes it fast, long and better. However, many things are going on at the head; the back and grey combination balance out well.
Cobra King F8 Driver: Sound And Feel
When the driver hits the ball, it produces a hot and explosive “clink” sound. This loud metallic sound gives a great feel. You’ll have great precision and control over your swing.
The sound also gives a sense of confidence for the below-average players, and they try better shots each time due to the same reason. Moreover, the sounds also vary from good to poor images. With a bit of experience, you’ll be able to track your performance by the ball sound itself.
Another surprising fact about the F8 driver is, it has excellent feedback despite its oversized clubhead.
Final Words
So, this is my Cobra Golf King F8 Driver review.
This driver has pretty much everything. The best part is, it is a forgiving driver that offers decent adjustability.
The presence of sensors makes it shine among the rest of modern drivers. Using this feature, you can track and improve your performance. Overall, if you don’t mind the larger-sized footprint, you can check out this driver without having second thoughts.
